East Ashley

A collaboration between Habitable Form Architects and Hannah Geiger Design was formed to design a unique luxury home located on Folly Beach, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. 918 East Ashley presented an exciting opportunity to transform an overgrown lot into a beautiful, high-end spec home. The house was elevated out of the flood zone, which presented an opportunity for a 4-car garage, and a pool was designed off the back of the house, with surrounding porches to capture those water views.
