America and Cooper Street

Located on a prominent corner site in downtown Charleston's Eastside, this project transformed a collection of burnt-out, abandoned buildings into four luxury residences. Habitable Form Architects and Becca Jones Interiors collaborated to design a luxury development that sold out within weeks of listing. The project was uniquely designed so that two townhomes faced Cooper Street, while two single-family homes faced America Street, all sharing a common driveway with their own garages.
