McCants Park will transform an 8-acre urban infill site into a vibrant, master-planned townhome community with 70 units. Assembled from 21 individual properties acquired off-market across six sellers, the project navigated full rezoning and entitlements through Berkeley County and the City of Goose Creek, resulting in the delivery of 70 finished lots to a national home builder.
