Pinewood Drive

Pinewood Drive transformed an assembled parcel into seven single-family lots in Ladson. Full entitlements were secured through Charleston County in partnership with Barrier Island Engineering, and the fully approved project was sold to a local builder. Pinewood Drive reflects a focused approach to small-scale land assembly and entitlement in a growing Lowcountry market.
