Ethos Athletic Club

Designed by Habitable Form, this project will transform a 1.06-acre site into a state-of-the-art, multi-level athletic and wellness hub that balances durability, function, and community impact. Spanning two stories with spaces such as a 5,269 sf open gym, a 2,968 sf weight training room, multiple specialized studios for yoga, Pilates, and high-intensity classes, as well as saunas, steam rooms, and rooftop fitness areas, Ethos Mount Pleasant is set to become a destination for both residents and visitors. The design includes hurricane-rated storefront systems and durable moisture protection—key features for Charleston’s coastal climate.
