Hampden Court was a ground-up new construction build designed to look historic, located within a historic district of downtown Charleston. An architect was selected to thoughtfully blend new construction with the character of the surrounding historic streetscape. Hampden Court reflects a disciplined approach to building timeless, context-driven homes within Charleston's most storied neighborhoods.
